Applications received through direct communication channels with investors are subject to registration by the Committee for Economy and Development of the Kursk Region on the day of receipt (Monday – Friday from 09.00 to 17.30);
In case of receipt of an appeal later than the time specified in the first paragraph of this clause or on a non-working day, its registration is carried out on the next following working day;
The appeal must contain the following information: last name, first name, patronymic (the last name – if any) of the citizen or the full name of the legal entity;
Full name (last – if any) of the representative of the legal entity
Contact details: telephone number, e-mail address, if the answer must be sent in the form of an electronic document, postal address, if the answer must be sent in writing;
The appeal may contain the following information: a way to receive a response (consultation by phone, a response in the form of an electronic document or in writing);
Type of ongoing or planned activity;
The registered appeal is submitted to the chairman of the Committee on Economy and Development of the Kursk Region, who directs it to the Investment Policy Department of the Committee on Economy and Development of the Kursk Region;
Consideration of the appeal is carried out by the Department of Investment Policy and Public-Private Partnership (hereinafter referred to as the Department).
Within 2 (two) working days from the date of receipt of the registered appeal for management: the appeal is entered into the journal of investors’ appeals in accordance with the form in accordance with the appendix to this Procedure;
The head of the department determines the responsible official from among the employees of the Department (hereinafter referred to as the responsible official), who assesses the content of the appeal and, if necessary, clarifies the essence of the appeal from the investor by phone or e-mail;
In the event that the solution of the issues raised in the appeal falls within the competence of several executive bodies of state power of the Kursk region, local authorities or officials, a copy of the appeal within three working days from the date of receipt of the appeal by the management in the prescribed manner is sent to the relevant executive authorities of Kursk oblasts or local governments;
The responsible official, during the working day following the day established in clause 3.1 of this Procedure, notifies the investor in the manner chosen by him about sending his appeal for consideration to the executive bodies of state power of the Kursk region or local self-government bodies;
The response to the appeal is sent to the investor by the method chosen by him within 10 (ten) working days from the date of registration of the appeal, if the appeal does not require additional requests, special meetings;
If the appeal requires the sending of additional requests, the response to the appeal is sent to the investor within 30 (thirty) days from the date of registration of the appeal;
If the appeal requires special meetings, the management has the right to extend the period for considering the appeal by no more than 30 days, notifying the investor who sent the appeal about the extension of the period for its consideration. Information on the results of the meeting is sent to the investor within 3 (three) business days from the date of signing the minutes of the meeting;
Control over compliance with the terms of consideration of applications is carried out by the head of the department
